Election of officers The Treasurer Jim Kelly Resigned, Vote of thanks by all present

Graeme Douglas was voted in as new Treasurer by all present

All other Committee members agreed to stand for another 12 months

Proposals

1. That once a member has been a continuous member for 20 Years and attained 60 years of age he/she becomes a life member. Proposed by Rod Pearson Carried unanimously
2. Those Small trophies are awarded to club trophy winners to keep in addition to the annually awarded main trophies. Proposed by Rod Pearson Carried unanimously
3. A Disciplinary code be adopted by the club to deal with behaviour not befitting club membership See additional sheet. proposed by The Committee. Carried unanimously
4. All committee members be awarded 1 additional token for club boat matches. Proposed by Mark Benger 17 for 2 against Carried
5. No Mobile phones on trips proposed Mark Benger 5 for 9 against Rejected
6. Members should be encouraged to join the Milnrow Working Men's Club. Proposed by Neil Oswick 11 for 1 against Carried
7. John Knox has offered to Take over Lead smelting of fishing weights for the club. Proposed by John Knox 6 for 6 against After further discussion John will make leads for anglers on request with provision of lead and donation to club funds
8. Annual Subscription to be increased to £22.00 with raffles to take place at main monthly meetings only. Proposed by J Kelly 17 for non against Concessions to be increased to £16 Optional Cards at other meetings
9. Shore Fishing alternatives for Boat trips in case of cancellation. Proposed by Paul Whiting Carried unanimously

10. Increase Adult subs by £1 to cover NFSA club Membership, which is going to be £1 per club member but junior NFSA members are free so no increase for Juniors. Proposed by Paul Whiting withdrawn see proposal 8
11. Agreed that meetings in future start at 8.45 p.m prompt
