Minutes of 2002 Annual General Meeting approved by DP

Secretaries report on fishing year and noted very few trips off during year

Best cod for several years of 19 lbs. to Terry Kelly

Treasurers report produced and proposed by Brian Heapy and seconded by John Stansfield

General business

Election of officers All Committee members agreed to stand for another 12 months

Proposals

1 Meeting to be held Downstairs amended and approved to say meetings upstairs April to October all rest apart from AGM downstairs

2 Members conrtibuting lead or making leads for club will not be charged for leads Approved

3 No Mobile phones on boat trips rejected

4 Shore fishing 2 rods to be allowed amended to read 3 hooks maximum on up to 2 rods

5. Shore fishing all litter to be collected and removed on arrival and departure Approved
6. Clarification on rules 19 and 20 to clear up ambiguity approved
