Minutes of previous AGM December 1998 were read and approved

Election of officers

J Kelly resigned as Publicity officer

Rod Pearson agreed to take on this additional responsibility, all other Positions were unchanged

Proposals

1 It was proposed that a maximum of £30.00 per trip be set as a maximum subsidy

this was rejected

2 Trips for the following year to be arranged at a special meeting in August

Approved

3 Rod Pearson Proposed and accepted as publicity officer

4 Annual Shoreline membership of the R.N.L.I to be adopted

Approved

Treasurers report

The Treasurers report was read and approved

It was Proposed by Mr M Hayes and Seconded by Mr J Kelly

The forthcoming trip to rhyl was discussed Members taking part were

P Whiting won the card and donated £10.00 to the club
