7 Jul 2007 - Whitby Festival trip
Ed Grimshaw Ling 15lb 12oz took the lead in the Junior section with this Fine Ling . It also took 2nd prize on the day and earned Ed £30Nice one Ed
The Trip on Saturday the 7th of July was lucky to be on as winds were quite strong and seas very lively but Colin on Saxon Lady was confident that we would be able to fish
All anglers caught fish mainly Cod and Ling with Ed and Ryan donig very well . Best fish of 15lb 12 oz to Ed Grimshaw.
Species caught were Cod Ling Pouting Whiting and plenty of good sized Mackerel
Looking forward to the September Festival trip with Colin on Saxon Lady who is a pleasure e to fish with and always finds us some decent fish
